Animal Savers of Pell City, Inc. (ASPCI) is not an animal shelter or an adoption agency and we do not house animals.

Our mission is to operate and support the Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP), helping reduce pet overpopulation and improve animal welfare in our community.

ASPCI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has served our community since 1995. Prior to 2015, we managed the St. Clair County Animal Shelter and operated under the name Animal Shelter of Pell City, Inc. Today, we are known as Animal Savers of Pell City, Inc. (ASPCI) and no longer manage a shelter, do adoptions, or provide animal housing services.

By making spay and neuter services more affordable, SNAP helps reduce pet overpopulation and the number of unwanted animals in our community. Through our low-cost SNAP program, eligible pet owners can receive spay/neuter assistance at any participating veterinary clinic within our network.
